The New 'Fast & Furious' Movie Is Playing at Cannes

Though easily mistaken for mere movies, the Fast & Furious franchise is undeniably an endeavour in film. Further proving their artistic merit, the next instalment of Vin Diesel's cinematic perfection will play at Cannes.Yes, the hoity-toity film festival will debut the long-awaited F9 in the south of France.
It's unclear which of the films near-dozen stars will attend the big premiere, but here's hoping the move adds to more respect for Vin and his familia.
For us philistines, F9 is currently dated for release on June 25.
