Where were you when you found out Elon Musk and Grimes had broken up?Our dearly departed core memory-creators — gajillion-dollar asshole at large and the Marie Antoinette of pop stan culture, respectively — seem to still be keeping in touch via their shared favourite social media, Twitter, which is yet un-owned by the Tesla founder.
Among their most recent bird-app transmissions, Musk has imparted some sage wisdom in response to the artist born Claire Boucher's recent disclosure of her body mod plans, which include vampire teeth, a full body tattoo and elf ears.
"Has anyone done elf ear mods with a good outcome? I'm scared about ear cartilage having a hard time healing," Grimes wrote in a tweet yesterday (August 16). "Especially as a musician this surgery seems risky but I've wanted it my whole life. Curious about [people's] experiences."
"The downside of elf ear surgery probably outweighs the upside," Musk tweeted in response, clearly speaking from personal experience.

"Tbh this sounds like a job for crispr," she replied to the father of her two children, in reference to the gene modification technology. "Sad to be born just a few generations too early."
